There is a free plan with 1 attendee. Paid plans are billed monthly: Basic costs Rs. 2,100 or $30 with 5 attendees, Business costs Rs. 5,100 or $69 with 10 attendees, and Corporate costs Rs. 9,100 or $125 with 20 attendees. Extra attendees cost Rs. 399 or $5 each on the paid plans.
What is an attendee?
An attendee is a staff member or service counter that serves customers from the queue, such as a doctor, a bank teller or a stylist. Each plan includes a set number of attendees, and you can add more.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a 30-day free trial from the Try E-Token Solution page. There is also a free plan for a single attendee.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. Customers can book a token or appointment on the web. The visitor mobile app is available for customers who prefer to book and track their turn on their phone.
Which add-ons can I choose?
On a custom plan you can add the TV screen application (Rs. 1,000), the attendee mobile app (Rs. 1,000), the visitor mobile app (Rs. 1,500), service management (Rs. 700) and multiple language support (Rs. 700). Contact sales for international prices.
